P99 proc-rates are very high, yak's are still supreme. Threat aside, the interrupt on yaks are still pretty top notch for all those casting bastards :P

wiki/ClassSlotEquip/Warrior/Primary

you can sort by ratio, though all the things with the best ratio don't exist yet (VP weaps, epic, post-chardok revamp).

top ratio right now looks like Staff of Battle

or if you wanted 1H weapons:

wiki/ClassSlotEquip/Warrior/1H Slashing
wiki/ClassSlotEquip/Warrior/1H Blunt

in which case get a BoBDE quick!
