I don't like and/or enjoy the characters anymore. Rather than just delete them, I can make some cash off of their exp beforehand. Necro's get their EE's for cheap, and I can move on.

It's really not complicated, man. He wants to sell his experience in the form of essence emeralds which are then used by necromancers for some of their more powerful spells.
