Purchasing Pearls in FV

Both gem vendors (Drake Mountainstorm & Brisha Fyrestone) in Firiona Vie should be selling pearls; neither currently are.

+Lapis Lazuli
+Pearl
-Legacy of Jewel Craft

Doublechecked Brisha's inventory and it's correct
