WTB Banded Armor

Hi i'm a new Iksar SK looking to buy a full set of Banded Armor.

I was also wondering if i could maybe ask how much it would cost to hire someones services to help me with maybe acquiring a full set of Dreadscale Armor, basically this would involve going to certain Kunark zones and killing certain mobs for the drops.
