General V`Deers
General V`Deers in the Dark Camp in The Overthere is supposed to path out to check on his men.

Just to add a note: you can still do the turn in without him aggroing if you stand far enough away, so the quest does work. But not as intended.

He and the dragoons are set up to leave the outpost and do their thing.. at 6pm.
If that's not working, it's a time of day issue. | ||

He's still not moving. Not sure how you do the turn in with him there either, Just tried and got wacked.

This needed additional work from newly functional day/night mechanics.
Should be working after next patch. btw, I was wrong, they start walking at 7pm, not 6. They wait in the building till 10, then go patrol. | ||

Maestrom, if you open the door next to the turn-in banker (to the far left on the General) and barely stand in the entrance to the building, just within trade range, you can hand it in. I did it that way. Though it was close [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Or just wait til the next patch, they've been pretty quick about patching so that works too.

General V'Deers does not appear to be moving at the proper time. Waited over two days for him to go on his patrol, and he did not leave the bank once.
