Best duo spots for a Monk/Shaman.

Was wondering, what spots - and what level, is best for a monk and shaman to start to duo. We currently are 16 and doing some full group action. Since my heals are the suck and my buffs aren't that impressive yet - we can not do much with just us.

So, my questions are:

1) What are the best spots to grind with a monk / shaman duo
2) And at what levels ?

Once you hit 34 you should be golden but 29 should be good also. Maybe try Mistmore at 29 once you get Gheal.
