Mostly just cuz it has a little more charisma if you need it and has a more unique graphic but that's the main thing

Stat density of the extra 8 charisma opens up itemization to allow for lots of other itemization changes that would result in higher overall hp/mana.

Plus the resists are a touch better (10 MR!)
