Spells: Song: Jonthan's Inspiration

This is a single-target haste/stat buff song. When I target myself before singing it works fine, but when I target another player I just get the 'Your spell does not take hold' message. If this song is going to be self-only, could you change the gem-color to yellow and have the effect applied to the bard regardless of his target?

Made Jonthan's Inspiration effect 1 min 120, max 133, formula 110, effect 3(Rune) min 3, effect formula 109, allowable targets all, beneficial 2, new icon 128 (revert to effect 3 blank, effect 1 min 103, max 166, effect formula 102 later)

(Seems it should work on others; just thought I'd post what the intended behaviour is)
