Was reading about the two factions in Velious.

Is one good and one evil? or are they both evil and just don't like each other.
They are a brell creation so is either non kos to a dwarf like the earth elementals in the hole are?

Apparently the best warrior weapon drops off one of them, so just curious if he's a jerk or not.
