Time is important on Green!

I'm playing on the Green Server and it suddenly hit me. As it slowly starts to get dark..Where's my TIME hot button ??? OMG I have to put this on my first bank of keys! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I went into a panic because once it's dark out...I'm toast. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Wow, I can't remember the last time I was worried about game time.... This is amazing!!! I gotta find a beetle eye dammit! *runs.

On Tuesday I logged on and instantly checked the time....something I never do. It was 8am so I pranced about EC all happy.

Then it happened.....it started to get dark.......I joked in /ooc about how dark it was and someone responded 'Its gonna get way darker".

"lol" i said.

five minutes later, I am scared for my life, standing on this small hill in WC, not willing to move anywhere until daybreak due to the fact that I can't see those goddamn pumas until they are right up on me.

This is as classic as it fucking gets and it made me laugh way harder than it should. Took me straight back to high school and being on a level 9 high elf cleric after I had taken the boat trip to Freeport for the first time and was starting to explore EC. And that was on a race with infravision.

Those goddamn pumas.

Oh yeah, the air elemental was the nightmare event. That was the game over apocalypse scenario. The pumas were the constant nagging threat.

The worst part about the air elemental was that it didn't fear the light. You can peek over dunes all you want, you're not seeing that bastard coming.

Typing out /time is pretty tough yeah, definitely need it hotkeyed.

I got skeered last night playing on green [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] and just camped out to play an alt and popped back on once it was day...talk about immersive! LOL

Ahh zings! I still remember immediately just sitting down and memmimg it on my cleric as soon as I saw somebody with a Wurmslayer in the group.
