Does this dude despawn during the day? (for the bard quests)

Behroe is 8PM spawn until 8AM and his brother will spawn after. Tested many times early on in testing. If you are doing bard reports quest, Aneham (spelling*) can also be the turn in guy. Behroe is only necessary for the shawl quest from his lover in north qeynos.
