Crashing about 20% of the time on green when logging in

Not sure if this belongs in tech support or not, but I've never seen this on blue.

I just log in a char and get crashed out of the game, then it makes me wait for a time out, and then when I finally get to try to log back into the server again I get this along with a second crash:

Error in your GUI XML files. Check UIerrors.txt



All that file says is a log was made.

So it crashes, makes me wait for timeout, and then finally lets me ry to get in but then crashes me. Very time consuming I'd rather be beta testing with.
