NPC Spawn Issue: Vengeful skeletons in Everfrost should not spawn until July 1999 era

Found some evidence about when these were added:

Jul 13, 1999

In Halas today I overheard a 15th level
shaman having a conversation with a
female human npc (Thadres something
or other) She mentioned that her brother
had mysteriously attacked a group of
bards, and been slain. Then spouted
something incoherent about the questioner
crossing her or some such, and proceeded
to make VERY short work of him/her.

Then, out in Everfrost, there are 2 new kinds
of skeletons (red to the 3rd level shaman
I was goofing off with) called a Vengeful
Lyricist and a Vengeful Soloist.

Methinks tis time to get my bard cross the
continent to check things out. I am only
1 level higher than the shaman who bought
it though, so it could be a dangerous thing.

Ah yes, I just completed this about 20 minits ago. There are actually three
different vengeful skeletons that caused problems for some tonight. I had no
problems dealing with the artistically inclined undead at 25th.

<g> You may want to check out everfrost... some of the recent additions
include vengeful lyrist, vengeful composer, and vengeful soloist (can't
remember exactly) but they drop pages from a diary of which go away on log
off) from someone (guessing a bard of that I can't remember). These undead
skelatons con green to me at 20 and will still attack (terrorize the young
shamens and barbarians). But due to their recent addion, and these pages of
diary that they drop may hold some key to the quest that you are speaking
of.... (new item, new beasts, Lute of Gypsy Princess, vengeful soloists'..
only drawing un-educated conlcusions). It may offer help to check everfrost
out for that or maybe another bard quest.. I don't know.. Ideas?
