Kunark Quest Issues

Hey all,

I didn't post this in the bug forum because I'm assuming that I may have done something wrong myself. I've tried to do a few newbie monk quests in East Cabilis and whenever I say the "trigger" word, the NPC looks at me acknowledging that I spoke and then resets to his/her original position without progressing any further. Is this something that's been going on and I just haven't read about or is this an issue with my game/files?
