Enchanted Silver

The Enchant Silver spell on the wiki doesn't seem to be in yet...

...so where does enchanted silver come from?

I was unaware that the spell wasn't in game, but the Giant Fire Beetle Eye from the Queen in North Qeynos used to grant an Enchanted Silver Bar when clicked [no component required.] So if the spell isn't in, and you've seen Enchanted Silver Jewelry, that'd be my first guess.

I could be wrong, the spell might be somewhere. The vendor listed on the wiki, in the Felwithe enchanter's guild, doesn't exist, though.

This could explain why enchanted jewelry is uncommon right now, but I don't know. Does anyone know where to buy the enchanter spell?
