I remember killing naggy with a cleric, an enchanter with a charmed FG and a mage using a pet to wall naggy.

That's why Verant made the FGs uncharmable at a later point.

Going to have to research whether it was possible for Naggy to leave his lair. I don't remember him ever going further than the door, personally.
