Spells: Life Leech (SK 49) Should be 1/2000 era, and scroll should be NODROP

The spell is in early, and the scroll should apparently be NODROP (which I didn't know!).

Evidence found pinpoints implementation of the quest for the scroll in this Blue thread.

You could always try multiquesting it. Since the scroll is NO DROP, you don't really have anything to lose.

I'm not sure if the other hybrid 49 spell quests are in, or should be, and not sure if they should be NODROP as well. In the quick research I did on this, I saw comments indicating that the Paladin spell was added after Life Leech.
