Miscellaneous: Highkeep has too many lights clashing

Since this doesn't seem to be a personal issue, I wanted to cross-post here to bugs, if it wasn't addressed already -- everyone seems to be experiencing Highkeep shooting off wayyyy too many lights in the same places, causing the entire zone to become a "light theme Discord" style of retina burning.

Any GMs have a way to fix this (or is it possible to potentially patch)? Been lowering gamma in that zone, but that sorta sucks to do.
