Default Game unresponsive.. wierd lag.. in certain things such as combat and chat

Just started playing today, starting out in Qeynos, and well first problem I ran into is I cant auto attack, I enable autoattack run up to a mob, and just stand there attempting to hit it with nothing happening. Every once in awhile it will work, but not very often.

Only other thing I've noticed is when trying to send a chat msg it has severe delay of like 30 sec, mobs sometimes jump around on the screen.

My ingame latency shows up as fine (<100ms) and I have a stable connection and have no issues playing other online games. Setup the game using EQ Titanium and Duxa's Installer.

Any ideas?

ATI 5850, Intel I7, and Crucial SSD, desktop.

Maybe I'll try reinstalling without using the Duxa installer and see if anything changes, because I had got it working once before using just the manual method of setting it up, but I don't remember if I was on the same hardware then..

Did you try using the CPU fix that is part of that installer?

Yep,

And when I first noticed the problem I tried asking in ooc and someone responded he had a similar problem and thought it was just that area and to try going someplace else. Haven't been back in yet to try that though.

Well finally got around to messing with it some more, tried reinstalling using just the setup guide instead of the Duxa installer, still had the problem. Tried making a new character to make sure it wasn't just a problem in that zone, still had the problem.

Best way I can describe it, is anything that's not solely client side has a huge latency, and then suddenly everything will process at once. For instance, if I tried to consider a mob, nothing would happen, no matter how many times I clicked, then in a min or two suddently 20-30 consider messages would flood my chat window, as if they were all waiting in a queue and just went through.

Also, there is no problem within like the first few seconds of logging in. Like I logged in, clicked to open a door, opened right away, went inside, then it kicked in and spent like two minutes trying to open the door again to get back out.

What bothers me more, is I had it working before, and I've tried to think of anything that's changed since then, and the only thing I can think of is maybe I didn't have my SSD back then, but not really anyway I can rule that out short of reinstalling windows on a disk based drive.
