NPC Spawn Issue: Vilnius the Small still spawning

Hey there,

Noticed in the patch notes, "Patch Notes: Sunday, January 19th, 2020 -Jan 19, 2020 - 3:33 PM - by Rogean", it says "Nilbog: Greenblood zombies, Vilnius the small will not spawn until appropriate era."

I've been camping bandits at Camp 3 in WK for the past 2-3 days, and Vilnius the Small is still spawning and despawning with night/day cycle.
