Green Server-Enchanter INT and CHA buff not stacking

Hey, just dinged 44 on enchanter last night, and noticed that when you have Radiant Visage on, you can not have Brilliance on at the same time. And Radiant Visage overwrites Brilliance. Was told that was not that case, and was bugged, so I am bringing it to yalls attention. Thanks!
