network is solid, i have no packet loss, latency is around 10-14 ms, I have "keep alive" activated on my router so no matter what it keeps packets moving to trick the network adapters to think i am always doing something. I am a NOC Engineer for Comcast Enterprise and i deal with networks all day long. Who host's this server? Formally daybreak? Or are we playing off a server in someones house? Where is it located in the US? Can we upgrade to an SD-WAN environment so the cloud can adjust resources on the fly in relation to bandwidth need? I read that these servers cant handle much more the 1500+ that they weren't built for that much traffic. Is this true? Can i assist in giving money to upgrade servers? Can i help work with the ISP to find the packet loss on your server? I cannot play and it sucks. I love this game but im at the end of the rope about to call it quits. It worked fine for weeks possibly months until that patch was done at 2am. I re-copied Version 53 into the file and replaced all files encase you guys did some work. I have used multiple PC's still same issue. Funny thing is it doesn't effect other people, i assume due to ISP's priority, maybe DNS servers which i have changed, flushed, and renewed, Hard lined, wired, used wire-shark to capture packets to inspect the dropped connection to the server. Please allow me to help or please can you take a look when its convenient for you guys but i know there are lots of other people out there who are experiencing the same issue and would do anything to get it fixed. Id even pay you guys 5$ a month to play this game if we could ensure things like this don't happen or if they do that they are fixed right away we have roughly a 1400 people fan base that plays everyday if they all paid 5$ an hour that's $70,000.00 a year which is not a bad salary for a entry level network engineer to be on full time or just a well rounded engineer. Also from reading the log can you tell me where during the sign on process i got disconnected?
