Game Freezing when zoning

Hello, I started playing again recently and whenever I attempt to head into a new zone my game will sometimes it's loading but the whole game will freeze on me is there any way to fix this?

I have no real solution for you but try to change your video screen to Window Mode.

This helped me at laest when my screen freezed because I alt+tabed
