What parts of the cleric epic are MQ'able

I'm ready for the prismatic priest, and I could sell that for 5k. But can I keep going? I'd like to kill ixi for the chance at a CoF, but will that stop me from MQ'ing anything? And if I get the singed scroll, does that mean I have to kill zordak?
