Default Scout Player Agreement 2020
Agreement has not been changed since 2017. New proposal:

1. Players random 1000 after scout spawns
2. Roll time is up to 5 seconds after the first roll
3. Level 59+
4. Players can optionally stay and help. Ultimately it's up to the people rolling to ensure they have a proper force
