NPC Spawn Issue: Stay Off Rock?

NPC is missing as of the reboot and legacy removal.



Is this because the Spore King no longer drops the uber loot and the exploit isn't being enforced? Or is it an oversight and a lack of re-addition after the changes?


Can we.. stay on rock?
