Help, please - "An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server"

I get this message when I try to log into Project 1999 server. Other servers seem to work fine (but I want to play here).

I have rebooted and reset my gateway/routers. Is there anything else I can do on my end?

I have read several threads on the subject but none had an answer...
