GM's, can you provide a select few of us the IP the "spammer" uses and/or changes to. It is very easy to make a complaint to his ISP.

This won't solve anything, especially since his phone number has been broadcast multiple times and nobody has bothered to call.

1) Set up your own proxy server
2) Communicate with this guy to use your server
3) Get his real IP address in your server logs/client list
