Game Mechanics: SilentFist and AshenHand discipline

I do not believe the monk disciplines SilentFist and AshenHand are working as intended.

SilentFist is supposed to have a chance to stun your opponent, but I think this ability is absent from P99, based on my countless uses of this discipline for testing purposes.

Likewise, AshenHand is supposed to come with a chance to outright kill your target, but again, I have never had that happen, although admittedly I have used this discipline far less given its refresh timer.
