49th lv mage pet more than 200 mana?

I recently noticed my 49th level earth pet spell costs 365 to 385 mana to cast? This should be costing me 200 mana, which is the mana cost the spell lists. So what the?
I am using the foci item, but that should not be raising the mana cost.
