Always raining with loud thunder

Im not sure if i remember being in a zone where there wasnt loud , crazy bursts of thunder.

Im also not sure if this is even a bug or.. if its two bugs or none at all. Because turning environment sounds off doesnt make it stop and also is it even normal for it to be dark and rainy with loud bursts of thunder all the time ? I dont remember. It feels like im playing Path of Exile or something.

I know its normal to be completely blind in this game and yet.. you can go into the Qeynos Catacombs / Aqueducts and have it very bright and visible even though there are no light sources down there.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] But.. i just dont remember all the loud thunder and rain all the time.
