What are the raiding guild rankings? - (back from a 1 year hiatus)

I'm back after a hiatus due to RL obligations and now I have more free time. Since the release of Kunark, what are the guild rankings? I'm assuming TR #1 just from reading forums, but who is up after them as I don't have that much hardcore time to join TR, else I would.
