Dusty Old Finger ReSpawn Rate

Anyone know what the respawn rate of the ground spawn of the Dusty Old Finger located in Kedge Keep?

My assumption is that you can pick up the other ground spawns and it's probably the same as their respawn. The one time I went looking for them, they were there. I don't think the quest is completed often enough to be an issue usually unless you have really bad luck.

It was left out somewhere to get dusty, put in a plastic bag, and thrown in the water.
