I tried to find the Eqclient.ini folder, but I can't find it.
When I do a search in the Eq folder and the closest thing is eqlsClient.ini

If you put your EQ directory in Program Files, it wont have permission to write and will place files (settings, logs, screenshots etc) in C:\Users\Name\AppData. May have to look around a bit but there will be a Sony folder somewhere in there

Will likely want to move the EQ folder to the root drive to avoid permission related issues

Here I tried all the resolutions of my screen one by one by saving the modifications, but always the same.

You don't want to change your monitor resolution - leave that at the recommended 1680x1050.

Under the [VideoMode] section try different combinations there - but keep the aspect ration as 4:3 so try things like 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, etc.

And like Kavious said - make sure your install isn't under Program Files. If it is, just move it out of there and the next time you run the client it will generate a new eqclient.ini in the default location for you to modify (instead of the temp one in your profile folder).

I have already reinstalled the game outside of the Program file and tried all the combinations in the Eqclient.ini file.
Surely he must have another alternative or another avenue to explore.
Would this be a possibility?

Many players use WinEQ2 provided by Lavishsoft, which has fixed Multi CPU/Core issues, crashing problems, and framerate, and is recommended for play.

From your initial screenshot it looks like the game is trying to launch full-screen. Have you disabled that? You'll want to get it stable in a window first, then we can worry about going full-screen.

Make sure the following line is in your ini:

WindowedMode=TRUE
