Default Best level to join Dial a port?

My first character on green is a druid. I'm close to lvl 34 and I am wondering what is the best level to join Dial a Port. Initially I was going to get to 39, but lvl 30 hell level was not a lot of fun. Is it possible to make good money at 34 or do I need to get to 39 or 44?

The druid is not my main and I plan on making a monk with the druid funding the gear.

You really want to be 44 for cobalt scar port.

Charm gators in CT until they go completely green. The ZEM there is insane.

After that... charm in overthere then move to emerald jungle to finish up to 44.

You could join at 29 and bind at hammer hill in OT and just that alone would open up money making opportunities. HH to WC is an extremely common thing that many raiders need. There's really no downside at all to being a druid in dial a port as soon as you can be, unless you want to really get established in a long term raid guild early on or something.
