multiple players on 1 ip

I have a friend living with me an he got me into EQ but he says we can only play 1 at a time as we need to be approved for multi players just wondering how to go about that I looked it up but didn't see anything about it in the fourms

You have to submit a request in the petition forum. Theres an announcement post there which has info on what info to provide in the request
