Erudehide Tunic/Luck of Allix Quest

Does this quest/npc exist yet, or is this thing implemented somewhere down the road with the xpacs?

If he does exist, where exactly would he be (loc)?

I have this tunic on my shaman, I dont recall where the npc is, but I used alla and was able to do it so I recommend you do that (...sounds like im trying to be a jerk, but I am not : )

I have the tunic on my druid. The mob spawns and wanders, good luck!

Did it around low 20s, a named treant that wanders the path around NK in EK i think.
