Where is EQgame.exe?

Hi, I downloaded EverQuest : Titanium, and read thru the other posts, but my PC cannot find the file Eqgame.exe, i tried a fresh install from a 2nd site, same issue, i am not blocked by virus protections, i am the administrator, i am not allowed to add the patchme to the end of the shortcut/permissions/Start line - it wont save, my only file is the Titanium.bat file/ and the short cut i made for it, i moved the EQ files to D/ drive not inside the program files, but nothing works, I have been trying to connect for 5 hours, i need help and someone with patience as i am not savvy with computers [You must be logged in to view images.
