Temporarily. It randomly appears and disappears and is also dependent on the zone. Some zones don't do it. Some zones have varying degrees of it.

Let's get an OBS of it. Love to see. Looks like a really strange way to texture tear. Almost like it's dithered

At first i thought it was a clipping plane issue but now i think it's lighting. Did it only start after the lighting patch?
