Default Wrapped Entropy Whip

Heard things from people here who seem to be experienced enough that I should listen to what they have to say. My personal anecdotes point otherwise but I will willingly admit that without actual testing "feelings" aren't worth much. Since getting Willsapper I have not pulled it back out (used Frostbringer offhand until red epic).

Proc has 4 poison counters (now worth nothing)
Attack debuff
Blind

Some debuffs like the shit found on:

https://wiki.project1999.com/Nevederia's_Horn

Are minimal aggro.

-Attack used to be worth a lot more.

My question is for those who have TESTED it and have higher tier things to compare it against. I may move it off my bank mule to my warrior to play around but the question is whether or not these SPAs are truly separate. It is really blind + the attack debuff to 400x2 (800) a pop?

It used to be 4x300 = 1200 + 400 + 400 for like 2k hate per proc. Poison counters are nerfed and things seem to be lump summed to 400 + any damage done with the exception of red epic.

The ratio on that thing is so gross I’d never use it.

My understanding from the most recent patch regarding proc aggro, outside the accidental nerf to poison and disease counters, is if you can cast it the cap is 1200.
