Heard things from people here who seem to be experienced enough that I should listen to what they have to say. My personal anecdotes point otherwise but I will willingly admit that without actual testing "feelings" aren't worth much. Since getting Willsapper I have not pulled it back out (used Frostbringer offhand until red epic). Proc has 4 poison counters (now worth nothing) Attack debuff Blind Some debuffs like the shit found on: https://wiki.project1999.com/Nevederia's_Horn Are minimal aggro. -Attack used to be worth a lot more. My question is for those who have TESTED it and have higher tier things to compare it against. I may move it off my bank mule to my warrior to play around but the question is whether or not these SPAs are truly separate. It is really blind + the attack debuff to 400x2 (800) a pop? It used to be 4x300 = 1200 + 400 + 400 for like 2k hate per proc. Poison counters are nerfed and things seem to be lump summed to 400 + any damage done with the exception of red epic.

The ratio on that thing is so gross I’d never use it.
