NPC Spawn Issue: Sazan K`Jartan

The NPC Sazan K`Jartan in Neriak Third Gate appears to be carrying weapons he does not drop (dual wielding Long Sword). He does not drop any weapon at all when killed. This is an obscure NPC that I couldn't find any in-era information on so feel free to ignore the rest of this if it is required:

On Live he spawns looking like either like this (2007):

Or like this if he has a fine steel rapier (2025):

He dropped either Long Sword x2 or Fine Steel Rapier & Long Sword x2 when killed on live. Other emulators seem to have him dropping either Long Sword(s) at 100% chance or Fine Steel Rapier at a low chance + Long Sword(s) at 100% chance.

As an obscure NPC that had no reason for his drops to be altered at any point, I don't see why Live would be inaccurate, but I completely understand requiring confirmation through in-era information. Maybe someone else happened to have killed him in-era and could confirm.
