Lost all custom settings

Came back from a 6-7 month hiatus to a new patch. DL'd and installed everything. Logged in and lost all of my custom hot keys, window placement, and key bindings. Was there a reset with the new patch? Honestly can barely remember how I had things set and it's really debilitating to re do all this shit for all my toons. Not really sure how all my character customizations are vanish.
