how long does it take for posts to be posted

Brand new account. I posted five times are only two got posted. Two Middle Earth videos. The other three posts were about possible QoL addons similar to other work I've done for zeal and seeing what the dev interest is on that, another notcing that there were 50000+ guests with only 17 users logged in including me when I posted, and I think my first post was noticing all the dead accounts.

This is my sixth post. Strange welcoming. Am I missing something or is that par for the course here? If I am missing something let me know. If that's just how it is I'm a bit surprised if the priority is blocking conversation from a new member rather than dealing with the invisible guests. As of now there are:
