Newbie Question: Tiny Font in Chat Windows

I just started playing P99 Green and noticed the Chat Window text is super small and hard to read on my 2560x1440 screen. I was able to scale up the UI elements with a new UI skin, however the font in the chat is still really small. Is there a way to make it bigger? I checked in client but only see font type options. Is this something that has to be done with an add-on or by editing game files? Thanks for any help.
