well here it is! The unofficial guide to forged weapons. The forged weapons were added to Everquest in the October 13th, 1999 patch and was one of the first and only improvements made to the blacksmithing skill since the release of EQ. Three new items were added, a morning star, bastard sword and two-handed sword. All very similar to their fine steel counterparts. These are all trivial to a master blacksmith so I am not sure when they become trivial. Any input would be greatly appreciated so I can update this page. As far as mold locations go, you can buy them from merchants who sell other molds, (see the materials location guide).

As of 10/13/99, You can now create weapons in Everquest! This is a great step, and we have been waiting for this for a very long time. I am posting everything I know on the subject, but I still need some info. Like when it becomes trivial, when you can first start making it, etc. I made all three items yesterday on the first try, so I am assuming they are trivial to a master smithe. I will include my standard picture step-by-step guide to making weapons! I am also looking to see if they have any other weapons! If you have any of this info, please SUBMIT it.
I now have the complete text of the new weaponsmithing book:
Dirge of the ForgeFire
...
1. FORGED MORNING STAR
...
2. FORGED BASTARD SWORD
...
3. FORGED TWO-HANDED SWORD
