Are these 3 factions meant to exist?

I've been making a faction list, starting with this doc someone on here showed me

Cutting stuff I know is Luclin or beyond then cross referencing with Zam and P99 Wiki as well as some searches.

There's some anomalies

What p99 calls denizens of fear I assume is what that list calls citizens of fear.
Prexuz is the cats in eruds crossing I think.
But there are lots of kerra factions names that have changed on live

Weirdly I cannot find any reference to Prexuz online.

Exiled frogloks is weird, there's two random kunark frogs on this? It seems like a mistake? The only reference now is this guktan in modern wow, but it's tagged as original so maybe they reappropriated the slot in the system. But I can't find any reference to it pre 2003 online.

I think inhabitants of befallen is a mistake on p99 and I edited (but didn't delete) it's wiki page to that effect.
