Default Seafarer Ring Armor & Chainmail Patterns

So I set out to make a set of Seafarer Ring Armor for fun and because I have never seen it before. I did not even know it existed back in the day. I got all the ingredients together but had neglected to get patterns for the recipe.

I can't believe the devs back in the day did not put a merchant in Freeport that sells chainmail patters. Not with Seafarer Ring Armor being a Freeport only recipe. But I can't for the life of me find a merchant that sells chainmail patters in Freeport.

P.99 Wiki says there isn't one anymore (one was added but taken out) so maybe the devs didn't add one till post Luclin?

Maybe I'm just missing something obvious or the merchant is hiding in a back room someplace and not on the Wiki, but could someone tell me if I really have to travel all the way to Felwithe to get medium chainmail patters. Neriak is kind of off limits to me.

You could just make a new Dark Elf and/or High Elf if you want to check the merchants really quick. I do not know anything about chainmail patterns myself.

Qeynos has this problem in spades, devs were just jerks that wanted you to travel for everything.

Qeynos has no tiny daggers for enchanters. No large sewing kits. No small bricks of ore for all the core blacksmithing recipes. Even a bunch of the blacksmithing molds while technically are nearby in surefall glades / qeynos hills its still like not really in the city.

Try finding a fletching kit in most cities. It's especially annoying when there's a vendor selling supplies for arrows but not bows, bows but not arrows, supplies for both but no kits to make them with.
