screen so dark on windowed mode

I almsot figured out how to get it to fill the screen with an *acceptable* UI/font size, but I can only use my second monitor when in windowed mode. However, windowed mode is wayyyyy darker than full screen mode. I tried adjusting gamma but it didnt do anything. Any suggestions? It looks great in full screen, but compeltely messes up my second monitor and makes it unisable for maps etc. I'd obviously prefer something that I dont need to change every time I want to play the game, but open to those suggestions as well. Thank you!!

Yeah the gamma slider is broken in windowed. AFAIK there is no fix in game.

I checked off "use legacy display ICC color management" in the exe file compatability settings and that seems to have helped a lot (still muchhhh darker than full screen though. My issue now is that these compatability settings disappear each time I have to close the game and reswtart it. does anyone know what that is?
