More CSR Staffing Updates

Hello friends,

Not to be outdone by Medris, I am excited to announce the following staffing changes:

P99 Blue:
Server GM: Vordae

P99 Green:
Server GM: Visceryn
Server Sr. Guide: Darver

Vordae has been exceptionally dedicated to P99 since day one. He treats players with honesty, respect, and a fairness that they deserve. He makes the rest of us look bad and we deeply, deeply resent him for it. He’s been CSR’s primary mentor to new staff, developing a collaborative training structure for our onboarding process. I never worried about Green because I knew Vordae would be there to take care of everyone regardless of what happened.

Darver’s alright.

KIDDING! Sorry Darver, I couldn’t help myself. Darver is a veteran Guide who we have relied heavily upon. He’s quick to learn, deliberate, and considerate with his choices. He has also acted as a mentor to new staff, coaching them through difficult situations. This, combined with his in-depth knowledge of Green’s raid scene and rules, makes him the natural choice for Senior Guide.

Visceryn’s primary focus is shifting from blue to green. He’ll be working with staff on both servers to create more raid and draft quake events for blue and green.

The staffing framework laid out in Medris’ post will remain unchanged (https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=437991). I will be filling in for various duties as needed until everyone settles into their new roles.

Finally, I want to thank Medris for the time he’s dedicated to the server and to CSR. He’s been my P99 mentor for seven years putting up with mine and everyone else’s shenanigans. Whenever I run into a difficult situation, or I’m not sure what to do, I ask myself, “what would Medris say?” It’s safe to say everyone on staff feels the same way. Which is why we’ve unanimously agreed not to put Medris out to pasture and he’s not allowed to leave. Sorry Medris, now get back to work.
