Quest Issue: Monk - Qeynos - Silent Fist Test Quests broken...

Looks like the monk silent fist tests are broken.

Hail Seta Bakindo: "Ah... Welcome friend. I am master seta, of he Silent Fist Clan. We know the truth <snip>If you are a new monk of the silent fists I have some [tests] for you to complete."

She does not respond to any of the activation keywords of "What Test?", "What Tests?"" or other such things.

Would appreciate if someone could take a look - provides new player magical monk gloves after an "interesting" quest.
